About Chicago Pizza Tours

Chicago's #1 professionally guided pizza tours. For nearly a decade we’ve been offering bus driven and walking tours that deliver a dynamic Chicago pizza experience. Feel like a local as you taste everything from historic slices to new pizzerias that are changing Chicago’s pizza culture.

Located at 27 N Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL 60606, Chicago Pizza Tours operates as an other place serving Chicago in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under pizza restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a pizza, restaurant or store category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a pizzeria in the same plaza or that combine several kinds of service. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–7 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (312) 221-8502. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is chicagopizzatours.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 279 reviews, which is a strong result for an other place in Chicago and suggests consistent service.

Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

See the other other places in Chicago listed below to compare ratings, hours and locations before you decide. Details on this page come from public sources and may change; confirm anything important by phone before relying on it. Business owners can claim the listing to keep it up to date.

Had a great time doing the pizza bus tour last weekend. My husband and father-in-law had so much fun doing it a couple of years ago that they did it again and brought some others. Our guide was very friendly, funny, and informative. All four spots that we tried were great. Got a nice variety of different types of pizza. You will not leave hungry. Would highly recommend for something fun and tasty to do in Chicago.

I purchased tickets for the Chicago Pizza Tour for my husband on his birthday, and we finally got to enjoy it. We had the best time! Our tour guide was informative and fun. Our bus driver navigated through the city with ease. We got to sample many different kinds of pizza and learn about its history. We highly recommend this tour. It’s perfect for all ages and tastes. Thanks for an awesome time!!

We had a great time! Our Guide was wonderfully knowledgeable and fun. He taught us so much about the history of pizza in Chicago and about how pizza is made. We had more than enough different pizzas to try. I especially enjoyed the behind the scenes tours at two of the pizza places. There were two gluten free folks in our tour group and there were options for them and they were also delicious. Great time was had by all.

Chicago Pizza Tour is a phenomenal way to spend an afternoon! We did the Saturday bus tour and loved it. It starts out at Pizano's downtown, so it's great to pair with a morning in Millenium Park. We did Pizano's, Flo and Santo's, Coalfire, and Bartoli's. James is a funny, charismatic guy and he does a good job of trying to get a variety of pizzas to fit the group and any kind of toppings preferences. My wife and I lived in Chicago before and we learned many things that we had never heard before on the tour. Also a lot of good recommendations on other places to try and things to do. Definitely worth doing if you are in Chicago! We will be trying to do one of the walking pizza tours next time we are in town.

John was amazing and just a wealth of knowledge. Some one who grew up near Chicago, I was not familiar with the history of pizza in the city. John was very easy to talk to about the difference in pizza restaurants and share our experiences. Highly recommend this tour to anyone that loves pizza. You will see and taste a different side to the city.
